BSE Manufacturing (BSEM) is responsible for the design, testing and manufacturing of customized components.

These components are produced as broadcast peripherals to work hand-in-hand and compliment the original product. Broadcast Systems and Equipment (BSE) has maintained long-standing relationships with a large number of broadcast suppliers whom over the years have turned to BSEM, to design and develop products outside of their normal product range. This niche market has provided opportunities outside the broadcast industry and adds to the diversity of the BSE brand. In applications and installations required by the US Emergency Services and US Military, BSE currently make the following components that compliment the Trilogy Mercury Communication Systems:
